After payment confirmation, the online store Beautylab.ee prepares the order and hands it over to its logistics partner for delivery to the customer.
The delivery time is usually 1–3 working days, depending on the postal service operations. For pre-orders (noted during order placement), delivery may take 3–7 working days.
If delivery is delayed for any reason, Beautylab customer support will contact you.
To avoid delays, please ensure that your contact information is correct.
Free delivery in Estonia for orders over €39, and in Latvia and Lithuania for orders over €49. Delivery to Finland is always charged at €10.99. The price for Itella Smartpost courier service is calculated at checkout.

Beautylab is not responsible for delays caused by the logistics services if the goods were handed over on time but delayed due to reasons beyond our control.
To collect your order from a parcel locker, you will receive an SMS with a code to access the locker. Enter this code on the locker screen, and the compartment with your order will open.
