1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1. These terms of use govern the legal relationships between Beauty Culture OÜ (registration code: 16071506) (the Company) and the person making a purchase (the Buyer) when purchasing and selling goods (the Goods) offered by the Company in the commercial environment (online store) www.beautylab.ee.

1.2. In addition to these terms, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of Goods in the online store Beautylab.ee are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia.

1.3. Beautylab.ee reserves the right to make changes to the terms of sale and to alter prices. All changes take effect upon their publication on the website Beautylab.ee. The terms and prices in effect at the time of the transaction shall apply to the agreement.

1.4. The selection of goods, prices, and discounts may differ from the selection of goods, prices, and discounts offered in the Company's physical store.

1.5. The contract concluded between Beautylab.ee and the Buyer enters into force after the order is confirmed and the Buyer pays the specified amount to Beautylab.ee's bank account.

1.6. By placing an order in the online store Beautylab.ee and making the payment, the Buyer confirms that they have read the terms of sale, accepted them, and undertakes to comply with them.

2. PRICES

2.1. All prices listed in the Beautylab.ee online store include a value-added tax of 22%.

2.2. The price of the goods will have the delivery cost added, which depends on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer when placing the order. When placing the order, the Buyer selects the delivery method, after which the corresponding cost is calculated.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

3.1. After selecting the product on the product page, the Buyer adds the Goods to the cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

3.2. The price of the Goods and their availability may change until the moment of order placement without prior notice.

3.2.1. The prices of the Goods are displayed on the product page. If there is a discount on the Goods, both the discounted price and the full price of the Goods are displayed on the product page.

3.3. The Buyer can view the contents of their cart by clicking on the "Cart" icon at the top of the page.

3.3.1. The quantity of Goods in the cart can be changed by entering the desired quantity in the designated field.

3.3.2. To remove Goods from the cart, click the "X" located next to the product.

3.4. Before placing the order, the appropriate delivery method must be selected.

3.4.1. Free delivery is available in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania for orders over €30. Free delivery to Finland is available for orders over €79. Exceptions include courier delivery by Itella Smartpost, the cost of which is calculated at the time of ordering. Detailed information about delivery is available on the delivery page.

3.5. To place an order, click the "Place Order" icon.

3.5.1. If you are a registered user of the Beautylab.ee online store, simply log into your account.

3.5.2. If you are ordering Goods for the first time, click "Register" and enter your current contact details.

3.6. Confirm the order by clicking "Order/Pay".

3.6.1. You will be issued a proforma invoice that should be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or via a bank link.

3.6.2. When paying for the goods, the Buyer can choose a suitable payment method: bank or credit cards, as well as internet banks Swedbank, SEB Pank, LHV Pank, COOP Pank, Luminor, and Citadele. To confirm the order, the Buyer pays 100% of the cost of the Goods.

3.6.3. The order confirmation (proforma invoice) will be sent to the Buyer’s email address.

3.6.4. The purchase history and invoices can be checked at any time in the "Orders" section.

3.7. If the ordered Goods are not in stock, the Company may cancel the order. The order may be partially or fully canceled. The Buyer will be immediately informed about the order cancellation, and the paid money, including delivery costs, will be refunded within 1-2 business days. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 7 business days. In the case of a partial cancellation, the Company may clarify with the Buyer their wishes regarding the remaining part of the order—whether to send it or cancel it.

3.8. The Goods will be shipped after 100% payment for the Goods.

4. EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE SALES CONTRACT

4.1. By clicking the "Order/Pay" button, the Buyer confirms their acceptance of the terms of sale and agrees to accept and pay for the order.

4.2. The sales contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount specified in the invoice to the Company's bank account.

5. DELIVERY

5.1. After payment confirmation, the Beautylab.ee online store prepares the order and hands it over to the logistics partner for delivery to the Buyer.

5.2. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on the postal services' operations. In the case of a pre-order (marked during checkout), delivery may take 3-7 business days.

5.3. If there are any reasons for a delay in delivery, the Beautylab.ee support service will contact you. 

5.4. To avoid delays, please ensure the accuracy of the provided contact details.

5.5. Free delivery is available in Estonia for orders over €39, in Latvia and Lithuania for orders over €49. Delivery to Finland is always paid—€10.99. The cost of courier delivery via Itella Smartpost is calculated at the time of ordering.

5.6. The delivery partner is Itella Smartpost.

5.7. You can familiarize yourself with the delivery conditions and price list by clicking on the "Cart" icon on the homepage.

5.8. Beautylab.ee is not responsible for delays related to the operations of logistics services if the goods were handed over on time but delayed for reasons beyond our control.

5.9. To collect your order from the parcel machine, you will receive an SMS with an access code. Enter it on the machine's screen, and the locker containing your goods will open.

6. RETURNS

6.1. Products purchased from Beautylab.ee can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If the product you purchased is not suitable, you have the right to return it.

6.2. To return a product, you must inform us of your intention within 14 days by filling out the return form provided below. All costs associated with returning the product are borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is an error in the order or the receipt of a defective product (e.g., a non-working sprayer, a damaged cap, etc.).

6.3. For a return or exchange, the product must be completely unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

6.4. The following products are not eligible for return:

6.4.1. Products that cannot be returned due to their specific nature and are supplied in sealed packaging, if the packaging has been opened.

6.4.2. Products that cannot be returned for sanitary and hygienic reasons after the packaging has been opened.

6.4.3. Products for which the online store cannot confirm that they have not been used or that the packaging has remained sealed (for example, if the protective foil/plastic on the cap is missing).

6.4.4. Products made to the Buyer’s individual order.

6.4.5. Products mixed or combined with other items in such a way that they cannot be separated.

6.4.6. Products used for professional or business purposes.

6.4.7. Promotional products—purchased through special offers or sales.

6.4.8. Products with a limited shelf life—items with an expiring shelf life or already used within a certain period after purchase.

6.4.9. Products damaged by the Buyer—products that have been damaged or altered by the Buyer after receipt.

6.4.10. Partially used products—cosmetic items that have been partially used, even if the packaging remains.

6.4.11. Gift cards—electronic or physical gift cards are not subject to return or exchange.

6.5. Incorrect or defective products can be returned through a parcel machine using the provided return code. The online store bears the postal costs.

6.6. After receiving the product at the warehouse and verifying compliance with all return conditions, the refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be made to the bank account specified in the return form.

7. GIFT CARD PURCHASE AND USAGE TERMS

7.1. The gift card with a fixed denomination of €50, €100, €150, €200, or €250 is valid for purchasing products at Beautylab.ee.

7.2. The gift card is available in electronic format.

7.2.1. The electronic version of the gift card is sent to the email address provided during the order process and can be printed by the Buyer if necessary.

7.3. The minimum denomination of the gift card is €50.

7.4. The validity period of the gift card is 6 months from the date of purchase.

7.5. The amount of the gift card can be spent all at once or in parts, but before the expiration date of the card.

7.5.1. Partial payment is possible for gift cards with denominations of €150, €200, and €250. For these denominations, payment can be split into 2 orders.

7.6. If the total cost of the products exceeds the denomination of the card, the Buyer can pay the difference by choosing a convenient payment method in the cart.

7.7. The gift card can be used by any individual. To do so, the gift card code must be entered in the cart.

7.8. The denomination of the gift card cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable or refundable.

7.9. The electronic version of the gift card can be resent, but only to the email address of the original purchaser.

8. PROCESSING AND PRIVACY OF PERSONAL DATA

8.1. All personal data of the Buyer provided during visits to the Beautylab.ee website and during purchases is processed as confidential information in accordance with the privacy policy.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

9.1. Beautylab.ee is not responsible for any damage or delay in the delivery of the Product if such circumstances are caused by factors beyond the reasonable control of Beautylab.ee or are the result of unforeseen events that Beautylab.ee could not prevent or foresee.
